Selling Price
All prices are displayed inclusive of consumption tax (10%).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery region and order size. Please proceed to checkout to confirm the shipping fee applicable to your order.
For remote islands and areas not accessible by standard land delivery, additional relay charges may apply. Affected customers will be contacted by email.
Payment Methods and Timing
The following payment methods are accepted:
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
• Debit card
Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.
Returns and Refund Policy
• Returns due to customer preference are not accepted.
• For defective or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.
• Items that have been opened (unless found to be defective upon opening), or damaged due to customer handling, cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by BSI Merch.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or free reship. If the customer wishes to receive the item again, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Product images may differ slightly from the actual item due to display settings, shooting conditions, or manufacturer specification changes.
• Please check your order upon arrival. Returns will not be accepted unless the item is defective.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders will be dispatched within 1-5 business days of order confirmation.
For bank transfer payments, dispatch is within 1-5 business days of payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods or irregular closure days, dispatch may take longer than usual.
Uncollected Packages
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a missed delivery notice. Please arrange re-delivery via the carrier's service.
Packages that remain undelivered for 7 or more days from the date of dispatch will be automatically returned and the order cancelled. Re-dispatch cannot be arranged in such cases.
International Orders
• International shipping is available on a per-order basis. Please contact us via the store contact form for international shipping enquiries.
• Where international shipping is available, all customs duties, import taxes, and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer (Delivered Duty Paid basis).
• BSI Merch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

返品についての特約事項
• お客様のご都合によるご返品にはご対応できかねますので予めご了承ください。
• 不良品・誤送品があった場合は商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。それを過ぎますと返品交換のご要望はお受けできなくなりますので、ご了承ください。
• 一度開封された商品（開封後不良品とわかった場合を除く）、お客様の責任でキズや汚れが生じた商品の返品はお受けできません。
• 不良品交換・誤品配送交換の送料は当社負担とさせていただきます。
• 住所不備または受取拒否により商品が返送された場合、返金・無償再発送は致しかねます。再送をご希望の場合は、送料をお客様にご負担いただいた上で再発送いたします。
• 商品画像の色味は、ご利用のディスプレイや閲覧環境・撮影状況により実物と異なる場合がございます。また、メーカーの仕様変更により画像と一部異なる場合があります。
• 商品到着後、中身のご確認をお願い致します。商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品には応じません。
役務または商品の引き渡し時期
ご注文確定後、翌日〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。
繁忙期または不定休日にご注文いただいた場合は、発送までに通常より時間を要する場合があります。
商品の受取について
ご不在の場合は、配送業者より不在通知票でご連絡いたします。ポスト等をご確認の上、再配達をご依頼ください。
発送日から7日以上経過した商品は自動的に返送となり、キャンセル処理いたします。再発送はお受けできかねますので、期間内にお受取りをお願いいたします。
海外発送について
• 海外発送はご注文ごとに個別対応となります。海外発送をご希望の場合は、各ストアのCONTACTページよりお問い合わせください。
• 海外発送に対応する場合、関税・輸入税・通関手数料等はすべてお客様のご負担となります（DDP方式）。
• 通関処理による遅延について、当社は責任を負いかねます。
