Chapter 1 — General Provisions
Article 1 — Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
• These Terms: The store terms and conditions set out below.
• We / Our / Us: BSI Merch 合同会社, the operator of the online store.
• This Service: The mail order service provided by us via the internet.
• Buyer: A person who applies to purchase a product having understood and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• User: Any person who browses, searches, or uses content provided by us through the Service, having understood and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Article 2 — Application of These Terms
These Terms apply to all use of the Service. By beginning to use the Service, the User is deemed to have accepted these Terms.
Article 3 — Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Chapter 2 — Purchase of Goods
Article 4 — Purchase of Goods
• Users may purchase products through the Service.
• A purchase application must be submitted in accordance with our prescribed procedures.
• A sales contract is formed when the User clicks the order confirmation button and subsequently receives an order confirmation email from us.
• If fraudulent or inappropriate conduct is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the sales contract and take any appropriate action.
• Minor users may not purchase goods without prior consent from a qualified legal representative.
Article 5 — Changes to Registration Information
Buyers must promptly notify us of any changes to their registered name, address, or other information. Changes do not affect transactions already in progress at the time of the change.
Article 6 — Payment
• The total payable is the product price plus consumption tax, shipping fees, and any applicable handling charges.
• Payment must be made using a method accepted by us.
• Credit and debit card payments are subject to the terms of the cardholder's agreement with their card issuer. Any dispute between the Buyer and the card issuer shall be resolved between those parties.
Article 7 — Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with the Return Policy set out in our Legal Notice (特定商取引法に関する表記).

Chapter 4 — User Responsibilities
Article 9 — Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited when using the Service:
• Any act that causes or may cause inconvenience, harm, or damage to other users, third parties, or us.
• Any act that infringes or may infringe intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party or us.
• Any act that violates public order or applicable laws and regulations.
• Use of content obtained through the Service beyond the scope of personal use.
• Reproduction, sale, distribution, or publication of content obtained through the Service.
• Any act that interferes with the operation of the Service.
• Any act we reasonably determine to be inappropriate or harmful to our reputation.
Chapter 5 — Disclaimer
Article 10 — Limitation of Liability
• We accept no liability for damages caused to third parties by a User's or Buyer's breach of these Terms.
• We make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the Service or any information obtained through it.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. Where the Consumer Contract Act applies, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User or Buyer in the year prior to the date of loss, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Where a Buyer fails to accept delivery due to their own circumstances (including absence, refusal, or unknown address), our delivery obligation is fulfilled upon the carrier's attempted delivery to the registered address.
Chapter 6 — Miscellaneous
Article 11 — Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service belongs exclusively to us or to third parties holding legitimate rights. Any dispute arising from a breach of this Article shall be resolved by the User or Buyer at their own cost and shall not cause any loss or damage to us.
Article 12 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Article 13 — Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any matter not covered by these Terms, or any ambiguity in their interpretation, shall be resolved through good-faith consultation between us and the User or Buyer. The court with jurisdiction over our registered location (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising under these Terms.

第1章 総則
第1条【定義】
• 本規約：本ストア利用規約
• 当方：BSI Merch 合同会社（オンラインストア運営者）
• 本サービス：当方がインターネットを通じて提供する通信販売サービス
• 購入者：本規約およびプライバシーポリシーを了解・承認の上、商品の申し込みを行う者
• 利用者：本規約およびプライバシーポリシーを了解・承認の上、本サービスのコンテンツを検索・閲覧・利用する者の総称
第2条【本規約の適用】
本サービスを利用開始した時点で、利用者は本規約を承諾したものとみなします。
第3条【本規約の変更】
当方は必要と判断する場合、本規約を変更できます。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
第2章 商品の購入
第4条【商品の購入】
• 利用者は本サービスを通じて商品を購入できます。
• 購入希望者は当方所定の手続きに従い申し込みを行うものとします。
• 利用者が注文確認ボタンをクリックし、当方からの注文確認メールが到達した時点で売買契約が成立します。
• 不正行為または不適切な行為があった場合、当方は売買契約の取消しその他適切な措置を取ることができます。
• 未成年の利用者は法定代理人の同意なく商品を購入することができません。
第5条【登録情報の変更】
購入者は氏名・住所等の変更があった場合は速やかに当方へ連絡するものとします。変更前にすでに処理された取引は変更前の情報に基づいて行われます。
第6条【支払方法】
• 支払金額は商品販売価格、消費税、配送料および手数料の合計額となります。
• 支払いは当方が定める方法に限ります。
• クレジットカード・デビットカードによる支払いは各カード会社との契約条件に従います。購入者とカード会社の間で生じた紛争は両者間で解決するものとします。
第7条【商品の返品】
返品については、サイト上に掲載する【特定商取引法に関する表記】内の「返品についての特約事項」に従い対応します。
第3章 個人情報の取扱い

個人情報は当方が別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従い取り扱います。
第4章 利用上の責務
第9条【禁止事項】
本サービスの利用に際して以下の行為を禁止します：
• 他の利用者・第三者・当方に迷惑、不利益または損害を与える行為
• 第三者または当方の知的財産権・肖像権・プライバシー権等を侵害する行為
• 公序良俗に反する行為または法令違反の行為
• 本サービスで取得したコンテンツを私的使用の範囲外で使用する行為
• 本サービスで取得したコンテンツを複製・販売・頒布・公開する行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為
• 当方の信用を毀損する行為その他当方が不適切と判断する行為
第5章 免責事項
第10条【免責事項】
• 利用者・購入者の規約違反により第三者に生じた損害について、当方は一切責任を負いません。
• 本サービスの内容・情報の完全性・正確性・有用性について、いかなる保証も行いません。
• 本サービス利用により発生した損害について、原則として当方は責任を負いません。消費者契約法が適用される場合、故意または重過失がある場合を除き、損害発生日から遡って過去1年間に支払われた金額を上限として賠償責任を負います。
• 購入者の都合（不在・受取拒否・住所不明等）により商品が受け取られない場合、当方は登録連絡先への連絡および指定住所への配送をもって引渡債務を履行したものとします。
第6章 雑則
第11条【著作権・知的財産権】
本サービスを通じて提供されるコンテンツは、当方または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。本条違反により問題が生じた場合、利用者・購入者は自己の責任と費用でこれを解決し、当方に損害を与えないものとします。
第12条【準拠法】
本規約に関する準拠法は日本国の法令とします。
第13条【協議および管轄裁判所】
本規約に定めのない事項または解釈に疑義が生じた場合は、信義誠実の原則に従い協議の上解決します。本規約に関する紛争については、当方の所在地（東京都渋谷区）を管轄する裁判所を第1審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
