Reporting
Client E Store – Monthly Reporting
We have simplified our clients monthly sales reports, providing an easy at a glance summary with a single figure for our clients to invoice for their previous months sales. These reports are automatically sent to our clients by e mail (as either a PDF or a spreadsheet) on the 5th of the month following the reporting period.
Section One: Summary
The summary breaks down sales by International currency, removes any refunds and gives the client a total commission figure for the month. Further detail breaks down where the value of those sales were generated; from the clients own unique branded store or from our Retail Partner stores.
The client can e mail their invoice for commission here, including their preferred payment details. We recommend clients do not invoice until their total outstanding balance exceeds £50, 50 Euros or $75 to avoid potential unnecessary deductions for bank charges.
For many clients, this one page summary will cover everything they need. But for clients who require more detail, the report has five additional pages of data for further analysis.
Section Two: Sales Detail
Breakdown of the clients monthly sales by product description, SKU code and (where relevant) size, enabling the client to easily identify sales trends, as well as financial information clearly showing deductions for VAT, online credit card transaction fees and the clients net royalty rate per sale.
Section Three: Refund Detail
Detailed breakdown of any refunds deducted from the clients monthly commission.
Section Four: Sales By Territory
At a glance breakdown of where in the world the clients products were shipped to, enabling our clients to identify any regional trends on a product by product basis.
Section Five: Sales by store
If a client is also selling their products through our Retail Partner network, delivering them hundreds of extra sales points and incremental sales, the details of the stores in which their products were bought are displayed here.
Section Six: Customer Contact Information
If customers have opted in to receive marketing communications from the client, their full contact details will be listed here, including names, addresses, e mails and telephone numbers.
As always, we appreciate any feedback from our clients on how we can further improve our reporting services. Please read the FAQs below if you have any further questions.
